Residential Fire Cleaning and Deodorization

This customer in Northern Michigan suffered an electrical fire in their basement causing smoke and soot damage to the structure of the home as well as the contents.  

Once we received the job we met with the homeowner and scoped the job.  We packed out the contents in order to prepare the basement to be bead blasted, cleaned and incapsulated.  The picture shows the basement following the fire and the after picture shows the area once the contents have been removed and it's being prepped for cleaning.  You can see the dark soot on the walls that the electrical fire has caused.
