On Dec. 28th, 2017 I walked into a flooded mess and these guys were on it from the start, can not say enough about how much damage they stopped from happening would recommend to anyone!

SERVPRO recently completed a restoration at my cottage in Gaylord Mi,  I would like to complement your team; primarily the project manager Tim Lawes.  As you know damage to your home is always a very difficult and  personal matter but Tim made the project  much less stressful in helping us to understand the  plan, the process and provided great comfort and assurances. throughout the project.

Tim delivered 110%  in results; always made himself available for questions, and did everything in a very confident and professional manner. The final project greatly exceeded my expectations.  All on budget, quality and timetable.

The resident, her family and my self were very impressed by the organization, the quality of work and friendliness of the staff. My experience with your company has been very satisfactory.  The young men that have been to the house have been very pleasant.  Andy was there again today and took the time to explain the sanitizing spray, etc. I still have a few spots in the carpet that beeped but he was pleased with the progress.  This is a forced clean up on my part and you can imagine the "stuff" after living there for over 36 years :( 

Paul was very professional and did a good job cleaning our carpets. He is a valued asset to SERVPRO and does a good job representing the company.
